Service experience is terrible since new ownership. Prices increased by 20% for the same service and without reason. What has always been an 80 dollar oil change is now 113. And I paid 30 dollars for a tire rotation that didn’t even happen, thanks to the tpms for revealing that to me. So 150 dollars later for an oil change and no tire rotation even though I was charged and I’d say the “value” isn’t really there anymore. It’s a shame because the dealership used to be fantastic. You should take your business elsewhere like I plan to. More

everything went good and fast. showed me the car fax on the used car i bought and on my truck that i traded in. only bad thing is i did not get a second key for my used car i bough showed me the car fax on the used car i bought and on my truck that i traded in. only bad thing is i did not get a second key for my used car i bought. called a few times about it, always was told they will call me back about it never do. i bought my own key and they wanna charge me 175 for them to program it. when they should be paying for it or do it for free since they did not give me a second key.
