No ugly surprises at Capital City Honda—estimates of cost and time to repair are accurate. My repair took several hours and they helped out with a ride home and a pickup when the car was ready. This dealership is hit or miss. Sometimes you get good customer service sometimes you get people who don't care. In the service department sometimes you get a good person who cares and they really work well this time I had one that was pretty good but in previous times I've had people who basically didn't care how much they inconvenience you.
