Poor experience purchasing a used car here. Sales staff was not transparent about pricing, applied forced dealer add-ons, and used shady and deceptive negotiation tactics by playing with the go Sales staff was not transparent about pricing, applied forced dealer add-ons, and used shady and deceptive negotiation tactics by playing with the govt fees. They refused us getting a pre-purchase inspection (major red flag). They claimed they do a rigorous inspection themselves but we discovered later all the tires were left underinflated and there is loose weatherstripping on the car. At the dealership, we were left waiting for 2 hours between sales and finance in the dealership with nobody checking on us. To top it off, they failed to submit title/registration paperwork to DMV for 4 weeks, and we still haven't gotten our paperwork 6 weeks after purchase. I shared feedback with the GM after they solicited it from me, but they did not acknowledge or respond. Stay away from this dealership! More

I recently purchased a new vehicle here. At no time did I feel pushed or pressured. My salesperson (Petrisia) was great and arranged everything nicely, finding and showing me the exact vehic At no time did I feel pushed or pressured. My salesperson (Petrisia) was great and arranged everything nicely, finding and showing me the exact vehicle I was looking for. She made the experience friendly, easy-going, and hassle free. At one point I was only a few signatures away from completion of the purchase, and an unexpected problem came up (from my side) that resulted in me taking up way too much time in the back office. Even then, Jeff was remarkably patient, professional, and non-hostile about the situation. Considering that I was just a walk-in with no appointment, I think they accommodated me pretty well, from the start all the way to end. The only possible negative is that I didn't see any lids for the free coffee so, out of an abundance of caution, I poured it out prior to the test drive. Sad times for that coffee that didn't have the opportunity to be enjoyed. Your mileage may vary, but everyone that I encountered was helpful and professional. This is my first Honda, so I can't yet speak to the ownership experience. But within the scope of the shopping/buying experience alone, if I needed another Honda, I would almost certainly come back here first. More
