Mr. Waigand worked with me to find the car and price I wanted, allowed me to test drive several new and used vehicles, and I never felt pressured to buy any of them. I purchased and drove home my new (used BMW) car on a Saturday and did have my payment or the car that I was planning on trading in. Mr. Waigand let me drive home in my new car anyway and then came by my house the following day (Sunday) and picked up my old car (that needed service). He brought his girlfriend with him so he could drive my car back to the factory. Now that is service that I've never had before! I would strongly recommend you ask for Mr. Waigand the next time you go to Capital Eurocars!! More

So in the general pond of this dealership you can consider me a very, very small fish. At no point, ever, from the time I entered the dealership until I drove off the lot in my new car, did I feel devalued or judged or unworthy of purchasing a vehicle from such a prestigious dealership. I've been to smaller car lots with much less valuable vehicles and I cannot say the same for my experience with many of them. Claude Rabbath and John Sipay were just above and beyond, simple as that. I was made to feel at home, as a valuable customer, as though I had purchased several $60,000 cars from them before. It was easily the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I will never purchase another vehicle from any other dealer. More
