I got a text from Angus after I saw a car on Autotrader and he said to come on by, I had been working with the team at BMW for over a year to find a replacement for my 5 Series, they would not listen as I and he said to come on by, I had been working with the team at BMW for over a year to find a replacement for my 5 Series, they would not listen as I gave them a budget and they never could meet it. In frustration I decided to walk over to Mercedes and take Angus up on his offer and he had me in the car I wanted same day. Great experience, great sales process, no pressure, no BS. BMW had several "sales calls" placed to me that they wanted my vehicle and had a newer model for me, but I soon realized after 3 times these were just national telemarketers trying to place appointments. Each one was a waste of my time, and lead to me leaving the BMW brand. I love the new Mercedes, it was just the right car. Thanks Angus. More

I have always been pleased with Tony Taylor, my service rep. He is honest, open, accessible and accommodating. I was in the market for a new car last week and Tony introduced me to Claude Rabbath in new ca rep. He is honest, open, accessible and accommodating. I was in the market for a new car last week and Tony introduced me to Claude Rabbath in new car sales. What a great introduction! Claude was great. He spent a lot of time with me, explaining the different models and allowing me to drive each one. He answered my questions and was helpful in all aspects. I immediately trusted Claude. After an initial visit on Friday I returned Saturday and completed the deal on a new E 350.I left the dealership on Saturday with a new car and a smile on my face. I will not only use Claude whenever I am searching for a new car, I will recommend him to my friends. More

Very easy transaction, quick and thorough. We needed a minivan for our family, found it online, liked the price, drove it, had an issue corrected, signed sealed and delivered and our total time at the dea minivan for our family, found it online, liked the price, drove it, had an issue corrected, signed sealed and delivered and our total time at the dealership to do it all was only a few hours over the course of two different days. Unlike every other dealership on the face of the planet, when I stepped on to the lot, I was not bombarded with sales people flocking to me like a shark to blood in the water. I appreciated that. Thanks Keith for a smooth transaction and for solving our issues quickly. Great communication and delivery. Only thing I would suggest for future buyers is to have financing ideas in mind (or have it ready to go) so that you don't have to effort to reduce your given interest rate, but that likely happens at all dealerships.
