When I initially wen to Capital Euro Cars Angus met us at the lot and with patience and low pressure showed us hte car we were interested in. He was absolutely excellent and di exactly what he told us he would advised us on the best route to follow based on specified desires. I told him from the beginning I wanted to arrange my own finances he was acceptable of this but easily discussed with me the alternatives of Mercedes financing but was not argumentative when I insisted on doing it through my credit union. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and it was all thanks to Angus. He also took the time to come in and teach me how to work different aspects of the car I had forgotten from his earlier teaching and from the book. Angus was very attentive and patient with my "little old ladiness". Quite a gentleman. I would be proud to have him work for me or to be his mother and know he treated others so well. I visited the deaership to view a used Honda Accord LX -P on the lot. Claude Rabbath was the client advisor I worked with. As a honda owner for 20 plus years I had never heard of an LX-P model. Claude researched that particular model and was well versed on all three models of Hondas ( LX. EX. and LX-P) when I arrived to test drive the car. The entire buying experience was a pleasure. From test drive to delivery we were treated as friends rather than customers, we were greated with a smile and a hand shake each time we arrived. Though this car cost one-fifth the cost of the Mercedes the dealerships sells we; were shown the same level of professionalism from Claude. Claude handled all the necessary paperwork flawlessly, made sure the car was detailed spotlessly for delivery, and follwed up a few days later to make sure my daughter was enjoying the car. Professional, courteous, thorough, honest, friendly, customer centered are but a few of the adjectives that describe Claude. By far one of the best car buying experinces I have had. More

I let Newmann Auto at Tallahassee replace the headlight bulbs for Audi A4 yesterday late afternoon right before the shop to close. Two mechanics spent about 30 minutes to do the job, so when I tried to pa bulbs for Audi A4 yesterday late afternoon right before the shop to close. Two mechanics spent about 30 minutes to do the job, so when I tried to pay, they said it was complimentary. However, when I drove it back home, I noticed the right headlight was aiming a little bit up, which would bother the drivers in fornt of the car. Unfortunately Newmann doesn't open on Saturday, so I went to Capital EuroCars, where I used to do all kinds of maintenance. When I mentioned this to the guy in service dept whose name is Cameron, he said I should pay for that. Besides, he had to have the mechanic to take the headlight trim out and re-put the bulbs etc. and I had to pay for all. This guy tried to steal my money for adjusting Audi A4 headlight bulb. When Mosse Brown was there, this place was a nice reliable place but this guy? No. I will never go back to Capital EuroCars. NEVER!!! More

Understanding this was a time-sensitive situation for me, Will worked extended hours to accomodate my work schedule. The entire process from start to finish took two days. The previous owner of this car worked in a different department of Capital Eurocars. Without my knowledge, Will arranged for this employee to be present at my closing so I could ask any questions about the vehicle and gain a greater comfort level with the purchase. For lack of better words, I am anal about every detail on big purchases such as this. Will has shown me that even after the deal had been completed, he is there with quick responses to any of my questions or concerns. Great experience. Highly recommended! More

My mercedez had to be towed to the dealership. The key was lost by the tow truck driver. Mr. Stafford and his team was very professional and communicated with me not only about the lost key, but how they was lost by the tow truck driver.
