Hi Kyle, Thank you for your email. I have looked into your visit at Capital Eurocars and spoke with our general manager, Crawford Atkins, about your situation. The situation involving your A4 required a service to be performed that was not covered under factory warranty and would require a technician to be compensated. The repair was more extensive than simply screwing in a light bulb. When a bulb is properly installed in an A4, it would not require an aiming adjustment. When our technician evaluated your vehicle, he noted that it was also missing the bulb access covers that are necessary to complete a proper installation. Our protocol at Capital Eurocars is to remove the bulb and reinstall properly while including the necessary bulb covers. In the case of your vehicle, we would also be correcting the aim of the light. These steps ensure that a complete and quality repair is made. We did not have the opportunity to provide you with an estimate for the work that was needed. You indicated in your email that the aim is still not corrected, but that the car is out of town. We invite you to contact Crawford directly when you have the car back in the area and he will ensure that you get a full explanation about the process for the repair and an estimate for the work.
