I mentioned the easiest way to communicate with me was via e-mail. He respected my wishes and did not attempt to contact me numerous times via phone or text as other sales persons had done in the past. The vehicle and features I wanted were quickly located for a fair price. I recommend Dick Masheter Ford of Columbus, OH and Jim Franklin without hesitation. The only thing I do not like is the "pushiness" of the finance person attempted to up-sell me on an extended warranty (gap insurance, tire warranty, engine, etc.) and paint coating protection after I agreed to a price with the sales team. The entire process cheapened the experience and left a somewhat poor taste in my mouth regarding the final sale. More
