When talking to people looking to purchase a vehicle, I always tell them to go see the folks at Dick Masheter. Of all my vehicle purchases, never have I been treated so well by people who kept my best interest in mind. As an example, today I took my truck into the quick service lane to get the 15K mile maintenance and was in and out in about an hour. Excellent service. More

Windshield washer not working. It was a plastic hose that was cracked. From start to finish it took less than an hour. My experience was exactly that, talking to friends, and by that, I mean folks that really care about the whole process. People. People that understand how stressful it can be. They take the worries away. They make it what it should be... an experience that you WANT to remember! And then, of course, there is the most important part of the purchase. SERVICE after you sign! They are the most organized that I have ever seen. And their "Quick Lane" facility for scheduled inspections is extremely well thought out. I just happened to be stressed when I got there, and smiling and laughing when I left!... just 20 minutes later! Incredibly well done, Dick Masheter! They take time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I have my car serviced there exclusively and they make me feel like family every visit. Starr Carr (yes, that is her REAL name) is the nicest person ever. She works in the quick lane and makes every visit enjoyable. She takes the time to know you personally and genuinely cares about whatever is going on with you. Her smile, laugh and jokes make the wait go by quickly. Kudos to the entire staff but Starr deserves a gold star! More

2006 Ford Fusion I bought a 2006 Ford Fusion at Dick Masheter Ford in August of 2014. I got a 3 day grace period before I bought it so that I could have a mechanic ch I bought a 2006 Ford Fusion at Dick Masheter Ford in August of 2014. I got a 3 day grace period before I bought it so that I could have a mechanic check it out. Here was what was wrong it: --Scratches all over --Right Axle leaked grese --Flex Pipe was about to fall off. --Transmission Fluid was dark and dirty. --Drivers side door handle broke --Back drivers door wouldn't open from the inside Beware, they will try to sell you these types of cars and claim it had a 31 point inspection and all that. Please make sure to get a grace period. They ended up fixing everything but some of the scratches and the transmission issue which turned out to be a "non issue" that I fixed 2 months later. Also, I have to go back to this dealership to get the Axle issue fixed again because they must not have fixed it right the first time after getting it inspected at a mechanic shop for another issue, they saw that grease was leaking out. I would highly suggest not going to a dealership here unless you are very very car savy and can see all those issues right away. I've had to go back there at least 3 times since I bought the car because of all the repairs and now going back again to get the axle fixed again. More
