Getting four wheel drive fixed, right!!! My four wheel drive went out on my truck and they got it back working properly. Also my door open sensor needed replaced. Great Service Department I have a Ford Edge (which I love), and service my car at Dick Masheter. Dave Aeling, service writer is very good, and is always polite and courteous. I have a Ford Edge (which I love), and service my car at Dick Masheter. Dave Aeling, service writer is very good, and is always polite and courteous. The only mechanic I let work on my car is Rodney Rickman ... he's awesome and can diagnois the problem usually by me just telling him what is happening. He is definitely the "go-to guy' for sync issues. Please keep these guys happy so they stay ... they are the reason I service at Dick Masheter. Kelli M. More

I called the service advisor and told him the problem and he set an appoint A week after having an engine replaced I had a check engine light come on. I called the service advisor and told him the problem and he set an appointment. I took my vehicle in for a diagnoses. After the diagnoses he set an appointment up for me to bring my vehicle in and contacted my extended warranty provider and arranged for a rental car. It has been a pleasurable experience working with the service advisor. I will go back for all maintenance. More
Pleasurable. I picked my vehicle up after an engine replacement. The service advisor I was working with when I dropped my vehicle off was not there. I was helped be another service advisor which made the ordeal tolerable. The warranty information and explanation of what was done to my vehicle were explained completely. He was very friendly, and attentive to my needs. I will take my vehicle back for all maintenance. More
