I've had such bad luck with dealerships, salesman and cars. One of the first things I said to Michael was, "I've lost all trust in dealerships and car salesman". I was stressing over my current situation and just on edge with the whole car buying process BUT Michael restored my faith in the entire process. He answered every email I sent within minutes, regardless of what time it was or what he had going on. He worked with my schedule and my situation and didn't make any promises he couldn't follow through on. I had quite a few laughs with Michael which is nice since I was stressed about my current car situation. Michael is not a "car salesman" he's a people person and that's what makes him so great!
