He showed us exactly what we asked for and recommended we look at other vehicles to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Over the period of a week, we looked at and drove about 10 vehicles. Michael was never irritated with us or pressured us into one car or another. He always answered our questions and guided us through the process until we make our choice.
