good experience with the dealership we are from Cincinnati, OH welcoming our son's first baby here in Tallahassee. Last Friday our son was driving our Routan coming back from work and no we are from Cincinnati, OH welcoming our son's first baby here in Tallahassee. Last Friday our son was driving our Routan coming back from work and noticing smoke coming from the hook. Evidently the car was overheating. Since he was very near his home, he managed the last few miles getting home safely. We immediately contacted our VW dealer in Cincinnati asking for their advice. So they recommended us to have the car towed to your place for the necessary work. We contacted your place and talked to Dustin Wheeler and he nicely told us to just bring the car in. When we got to your place, met with Dustin and he told us that he will do whatever he can to get it checked out and let us know, but probably not on that day because it was already about 4pm. So next day he called and told us what was wrong and how much it would cost us to get fixed. Since Monday was a holiday, so they had to order the parts on Tuesday. He also immediately arranged your courtesy van to take us back. On Wednesday afternoon he called and told us the car is ready and also have the courtesy van to pick us up. So everything was very nicely done and we were very satisfied with Dustin and your dealership. More

Above and beyond. My Volvo C30 was in need of its 50K service. I dropped it off late in the afternoon, and the shuttle van was across town.
