We rely on Cameron Clifton at Capital Volvo to keep our S60 safe and secure. My wife and I bought our first new Volvo from this dealer's predecessor in 1994, it was not a good experience, but the cart has S60 safe and secure. We have bought 7 Volvos in addition to our '94, they have been extraordinarily safe. We have been hit at high speed by other drivers, police accident investigators have told us that our Volvos' construction saved us from serious injury or death when the cars have been totaled . We still have our '94 wagon, it runs very well at 280,000 miles. We use the '94 wagon to take our kayak trailer to remote areas of the local national park. In 2005 we bought our first new Volvo from the current owner of the dealership, Capital Volvo. The purchase experience and service from Capital Volvo (the new owner in 2005) were a vast improvement. Cameron Clifton, the Volvo service manager has been as dependable and easy to deal with as any car service person that we have ever worked with. Our 5 year-50,000 mile service plan makes the cost of ownership predictable and quite reasonable. Our newest Volvo is still covered by the service agreement so we do not know how the dealer's service prices compare to other local mechanics. We would begin our shopping at Capital Volvo if we were in the market for another new car. More

We received superb service from the moment we entered the dealership. Many times when buying a car you are haggled and called repeatedly if you don't buy on the first visit.
