Mike was polite, extremely helpful and professional and was very informative about the VW brand. We knew nothing about VW and he helped us tremendously so we could decide on the right car for us. We had been to numerous dealerships "car shopping" and our experiences had not been good at all. From the moment we set foot on the VW lot, everyone treated us like they wanted to earn our business and we choose to purchase from this dealership because of its service and because Mike did a great job for us. We selected the Passat and we absolutely LOVE IT. We will go back to Mike again when we are ready for a new car. I would highly recommend him and this VW dealership. GREAT EXPERIENCE. More

Great car purchase experience! I just purchased a preowned vehicle for my 16-year-old. Kemar Edwards was the salesman who I was working with. I live out of town and wanted to do as much research as possible before I made the trip over to look at the car. Kemar was always available and quickly responded to my emails and calls. During the research phase of my shopping, I reached out to him with numerous questions on the cars we were looking at. His response time was quick, he was very professional, and he was always very patient with my nonstop questions about all the little details.
