I was greeted in the parking lot by a courteous and professional salesman, Corey, who helped me through the process of selecting a new car. I wanted to compare the car with a Subaru before I made my final decision. Corey was experienced in the Subaru department and literally ran over to that division of Capitol to a different lot and found a car for me to drive. I had one more final question before I made my decision. Would my concert grand six foot harp fit in the back? He put down the back seat and pushed the passenger seat forward. Subaru dealership for oil change. I was happy to get in and out in 45 minutes. Service writer was competent and friendly. With the Capitol Plus service plan that came with our Forest I was happy to get in and out in 45 minutes. Service writer was competent and friendly. Never listened to my needs. I told the service writer that I only had enough money to check for the problem. He repeated that info back and pushed it through anyways for 1 part t I told the service writer that I only had enough money to check for the problem. I told him again I only have 100 dollars for my care plan that's it and he said he understood. 3 HOURS LATER I get my car all the work is done and I'm angry. Now I have a bill for 187 dollars that I can't pay because he didn't listen to me. Had to over draft my bank account just to pay for it. Never going here again. More
Great customer service. I think $84 is a bit much for an oil change and tire rotation.
