My wife and I were recently married and are looking to start a family in the near future. We also travel to Northern Michigan (from Indianapolis) a lot as my wife has family there. We therefore were looking for a safe and reliable 4x4 SUV. It was important to us to be within our price range and that we would be able to take delivery prior to heading up to Michigan for the holidays. When we first arrived at Inskeep Ford, we had already been to other dealerships in the area; including other Ford stores. We were not satisfied that we found the right vehicle or for that matter the right dealership yet. When we walked in, we were met with a friendly hello by Marc and he asked us if he could be of help. We only explained that we were interested in a few products, but hadn't divulged that we had been looking for a quite a while. Marc brought us to his office and did an amazing job of assessing our needs. He took the time to ask the necessary questions to determine which model(s) we would want to consider / test drive. We ended up test driving two vehicles that day; one ford and one mercury. He did an excellent job of showing us the two vehicles, providing descriptions and demonstrating how both vehicles would fit our needs. Of the two we test drove, we found that we really liked the way the new Escape drove and handled. We were excited at this point because we felt as though we found the right vehicle. We discussed the vehicle for a while and told Mark that we would like to see numbers. He did a great job of working with us to get to the price that we were comfortable with. We ended up purchasing the right vehicle at the right price. It was truly a great experience and an an extremely exciting day for us! Thank you Marc! Since purchasing, we have had zero issues with our vehicle. We did go back to the dealership to get our remote start installed, but that was because we decided afterwards to get it. On Friday, May 29, I submitted an internet request for information from Inskeep Ford. Within 30 minutes I received a phone call from Marc Mattingly of Inskeep Ford. He answered all my questions and invit information from Inskeep Ford. Within 30 minutes I received a phone call from Marc Mattingly of Inskeep Ford. He answered all my questions and invited me to come in for a test drive, which I did on Saturday, May 30. I did not care for the color of the only V6 4-wheel drive Escape on the lot, so Marc did an internet search to find just the right car for me. On Monday, June 1, I picked up the car. I was given a fair price for my trade-in and for the Escape which I purchased. I was also given the 60-month, 0% finance plan. Mark, in finance, also helped me to find an afordable extended warranty. Everyone was friendly and helpful; NO ONE was pushy or forceful in any way. It was truly and enjoyable car-buying experience. I will definitely return to Inskeep Ford for my next new car.
