Immediately, Matt was very welcoming, quick, and worked well within our expectations instead of trying to waste our time upselling on other things. Similar experience with Ali when it came to financing: she listened to our concerns and didn't upsell things we didn't reasonably need or want. We had bought a new vehicle from Inskeep about 9 years previously and it was a good experience then in retrospect. So we went back and it felt like our recent experience was even better than last. Highly recommend I unexpectedly had to purchase a new vehicle. My car that I still owed money on had some irreparable damage done to it that was going to cost too muc I unexpectedly had to purchase a new vehicle.
