Kirby was a low-pressure salesman who took the time to answer all of our questions and explain all the features of the car we were interested in. Brian wanted us to be aware of a minor repair they had scheduled on the car for the following week, and we would not have even known about it unless he brought it to our attention. They gave us the option of having it repaired as scheduled (at their expense) or deducting the cost of the repair from the selling price, which really impressed us. Pat took the time to explain the paperwork process to us and handle all of the legal details for title work, etc. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction with the car, and with the dealership.
