I had to leave my truck in the shop for 8 days for an oil change, replace a back up camera on a truck with only 22,000 miles that costed me approximately $700.00 , and a recall, some molding on the cab that change, replace a back up camera on a truck with only 22,000 miles that costed me approximately $700.00 , and a recall, some molding on the cab that really wasn’t fixed and would of been a cost of $585 dollars to remove the rear window, and a rubber pad on the tail gate. So go figure it is my opinion the the service is very unacceptable considering the time in the shop and a camera that ford should have replaced for free considering the mileage. More

The Ford Rep listened to my concerns with the truck and recommended a path forward. It took a while due to heavy workload but everything turned out grate. I went into the dealership stating I had slipping problem on the lower gear that needed to be addressed.. They had my truck for five days and finally sent me an estimate for repair of over 15 thousan problem on the lower gear that needed to be addressed.. They had my truck for five days and finally sent me an estimate for repair of over 15 thousand dollars. I responded…. DONT DO ANYTHING!!!. I went into to retrieve my F-150 they tried to give me a key for the vehicle. Not the key fob that I brought in with the truck. Over an hour later, they found the correct key fob at that time, they added insult to injury by chargeing me a $245 for a diagnosis change. The real problem here is that the service person made assumptions that were not supported fact. For instance the ford manual states that the transmission needs to have the transmission oil changed by a Qualified Ford mechanic perform a software update. Not a 15K plus transmission replacement.
