My Quick Lane service was superb! This is my fourth time getting my Ford F-150 serviced here. The previous times, the associates at the front desk were disinterested at best. One inte This is my fourth time getting my Ford F-150 serviced here. The previous times, the associates at the front desk were disinterested at best. One interaction with the regular young lady was quite rude, as if my presence there was an annoyance to the customer service representative. I almost gave up. I was willing to drive to ABQ. This last experience was a refreshing change. Not only did Tommy seem to care about his work, but you could tell he was raising the bar for everyone working there, from the service technicians to his co-pilot at the front desk. He made it a fun work environment, yet with high expectations. It was awesome! Mr. Gentry was a breath of fresh air. I will return because of him and the changes that are being made within the staff. More
