Car has reoccurring issues, Service manager shows no concern I have had a terrible experience here! I bought a new Ford Fusion SE and with less than 25k miles I had to take my car in twice to the service departm I have had a terrible experience here! I bought a new Ford Fusion SE and with less than 25k miles I had to take my car in twice to the service department to get it fixed, the first time they changed a spark plug and sent me home, same day light came on, they replaced the top half of my engine at that time. Now 3 months later the check engine light came on again. I made a third trip to Santa Fe to service my car waiting over an hour and they said they fixed the issue. I started my car this morning for work and it bogged out on me! This will be my fourth trip to try and get a good, working, reliable, vehicle! I am a single mom with a three year old little girl and I work two jobs. I bought a brand new car! My car now has less than 35k miles and I’m having continuous issues. Although the people are very nice, I have not been offered a reasonable solution. I do not feel valued as a customer and the service manger was happy to explain to me that he deals with things like this everyday, and he hears about these kinds off issues all day, not showing concern for my individual issue or concern for my family’s safety. He did say that I could take my car to the Albuquerque Ford. This is the worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time! My daughter and I need a good reliable vehicle, that’s what we hoped we were getting, sadly this is not the case! More

Overall it was quite good Traded our 2010 Prius for a Ford CMAX Energi. We thought it would be a contentious process because buying a new car usually is. To our surprise the Traded our 2010 Prius for a Ford CMAX Energi. We thought it would be a contentious process because buying a new car usually is. To our surprise these guys went out of their way to be accommodating, from having us drive the car home to test it (we live 2 hours north) and keep it two days, to not arguing with us on the trade in price we asked for. We are very happy with the deal and the process. More

I was in the market for a new vehicle after a seventeen year old kid T-boned my Audi and totaled it. Not only did Chalmers Capitol Ford look welcoming and the cleanliness of the showroom was outstanding after all the renovations but their selection of vehicles both new and used was phenomenal. The sales consultants at Chalmers Capitol Ford helped me select a 2013 Ford Focus Hatchback which was in the price point of something that I could finance. It's been 7 months since my purchase and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, it feels like the car was built for me! Since then I have been into both of the Quick Lane Tire & Oil centers in Santa Fe for my maintenance and both locations have been extremely warm, friendly, inviting, and very fast at getting my car in and out so I can be on my way. I have also taken my vehicle to their collision center (CF Collision) for body work when someone struck the back of my Focus when it was parked outside of my house. I thought I would be without my car for awhile and to my amazement they had my Focus back to me within the week! I highly recommend this dealership. The cleanliness, the professionalism, and the warm welcoming staff definitely made this an excellent car buying experience. More

Instead of getting what can be bothersome phone calls, Raul sent cards. Right after I signed the paperwork, my heart started racing. After I saw MY brand new Ford Escape, I was estatic. And when I was shown all of the bells and whistle: sync, back up camera, parallel parking assit, I was over joyed. After purchasing the Escape, Raul was nice enough to follow me to my house, while I dropped off my old car, and drove me back to the dealership. I hope to never buy a car again, but if I do, I will go to Ford and Raul first. More
