From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted and treated with professionalism and respect. John & Tim are incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly No pressure, no confusing jargon, just honest and helpful communication. Clearly they take pride in their work. NOTE: This review website is so poorly constructed that I cannot submit a review about your Quick Change lane unless I rate someone in Sales & Finance. But I didn't buy a car...so I actually had no contact with Christian Martinez or Tim Wanish. I rated them five stars solely because I couldn't submit my review otherwise. It's unfortunate that was necessary. MY ACTUAL REVIEW FOLLOWS BELOW: The "Quick Change" service for oil changes isn't quick! By integrating oil changes with other more complicated service issues, Capitol Ford has assured that customers will go elsewhere for oil. I was told I would wait 1-1/4 hrs for service to begin (an outrageously long wait for a "quick change"), but after 1-1/2 hrs work had not even begun. How can Capitol Ford seriously hope to capture a significant share of the "oil change market" when it takes hours...HOURS!!!..for an oil change. There are already how many companies in Santa Fe that specialize in fast...as in actually, truly fast...oil changes? A lot! And I'm going to be their customers...not yours...from now on. I've had a good relationship with Capitol Ford in the past, but that's over. If Capitol Ford cares so little for customers who need a fast...as in nowhere near 2-1/2 hrs!...oil change, then I'll just scoot down to Rich Ford in Albuquerque the next time I'm ready to trade cars, and I'll let Jiffy Lube change my oil. Service on my vehicle was good. Customer service person said he would call me when my vehicle was ready (approximately 2 hours). I didn’t receive a call.
