wonderful experience. i only gave it 4 stars because both of my key batteries had to be replaced the day after I took my used car home (as in, they did not work at all), a i only gave it 4 stars because both of my key batteries had to be replaced the day after I took my used car home (as in, they did not work at all), and I felt a little pressured to just get the deal done. Granted, I got what I needed and the number I needed but it did feel the pressure of "buy now" More

Part of the reason we came back to Ford was because of the warm reception we got every time we came. (I had originally wanted another brand, but was treated like absolute crap at the dealership.)
