I took delivery 2/26/21 on one of the first Mach-e delivered to Santa Fe, and Capitol Ford handled the sale paperwork efficiently BUT: was under educated in some of the EV and FordPass feature setup. delivered to Santa Fe, and Capitol Ford handled the sale paperwork efficiently BUT: was under educated in some of the EV and FordPass feature setup. We were unable to setup my Phone As A Key, and Capitol Ford refused to provide a 'spare' key Fob saying they couldn't get one. Then they refused to program a spare key when I found one online. I left with ONE key, and no functional backup way to start my new car if I ever lost or damaged my one Fob.... Zero effort on their part ever since to solve the problem and make things right. More
