Everyday for 3 weeks, they kept telling me that my car would be ready “tomorrow”. That makes it impossible for me to plan how I’ll get by without a car - easy if it’s one day but very difficult if it’s 3 would be ready “tomorrow”. That makes it impossible for me to plan how I’ll get by without a car - easy if it’s one day but very difficult if it’s 3 weeks. When the car was done, it smelled so strongly of gasoline (despite being an electric car) it felt unsafe to drive because of toxic air inside. And the car still has service warning lights that were not repaired during those 3 weeks it was in the shop. I don’t trust this dealership to be honest with me when working on my car, so I need to find another place to get the remaining issues fixed. More
