I was the first one there in morning of my appointment check in fine was told they would call me when it was done. No one called so I called late in afternoon and was told it was not done it would be the check in fine was told they would call me when it was done. Called and told them I was in town first thing that morning. waited tell late afternoon. I called and was told it was done and ready to be pick up. The service tech that checked me in was not there when I pick it up so they couldn't tell me what was done to fix the issue. More

So far, I have driven in from Tesuque clear across town to the Quick Lane for a simple oil change and have failed on both attempts. The first attempt (Friday) I arrived at 6:30 and waited for the shop to o to the Quick Lane for a simple oil change and have failed on both attempts. The first attempt (Friday) I arrived at 6:30 and waited for the shop to open. But, the shop could do NOTHING because their internet was not working. After a two-hour wait, I gave up. I came in the following Monday at 6:45 and checked in when they opened at 7:00 am. I gave up at 7:45 am, because by then only ONE technician had shown up and I was fourth in line. It is very disappointing to schedule my day to accomplish a simple task and then arrive to work, only to repeatedly fail through no fault of mine. I can no longer recommend this Quick Lane. More
Took my truck in for recalls and other minor issues. I was told that there were no loaner cars available so I made the decision to get a rental for the week while my truck was in the shop expecting to b I was told that there were no loaner cars available so I made the decision to get a rental for the week while my truck was in the shop expecting to be without my truck for several days. I was pleased with daily updates from my service advisor. And, on the third morning I was contacted by Adrian to let me know my truck was ready for pick up. Overall I am very pleased with the service department, all recalls and issues were addressed and repaired with one minor exception. Overall a good experience, I will be returning if I need my truck serviced again. More
