Car has reoccurring issues, Service manager shows no concern I have had a terrible experience here! I bought a new Ford Fusion SE and with less than 25k miles I had to take my car in twice to the service departm I have had a terrible experience here! I bought a new Ford Fusion SE and with less than 25k miles I had to take my car in twice to the service department to get it fixed, the first time they changed a spark plug and sent me home, same day light came on, they replaced the top half of my engine at that time. Now 3 months later the check engine light came on again. I made a third trip to Santa Fe to service my car waiting over an hour and they said they fixed the issue. I started my car this morning for work and it bogged out on me! This will be my fourth trip to try and get a good, working, reliable, vehicle! I am a single mom with a three year old little girl and I work two jobs. I bought a brand new car! My car now has less than 35k miles and I’m having continuous issues. Although the people are very nice, I have not been offered a reasonable solution. I do not feel valued as a customer and the service manger was happy to explain to me that he deals with things like this everyday, and he hears about these kinds off issues all day, not showing concern for my individual issue or concern for my family’s safety. He did say that I could take my car to the Albuquerque Ford. This is the worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time! My daughter and I need a good reliable vehicle, that’s what we hoped we were getting, sadly this is not the case! More
