Frustrating experience Everything went smooth during the purchasing process and I had agreed on a price and APR rate. When I was doing the financing documents they had the w Everything went smooth during the purchasing process and I had agreed on a price and APR rate. When I was doing the financing documents they had the wrong APR amount and I was under the impression they had changed it to the agreed upon amount before I signed. Then when I got a bill it was the incorrect interest rate!!! The money difference was not a big deal but the principle behind their tactics was unprofessional and not transparent. This is not the way to do business and I can only hope they are more transparent with future customers. More
