I am appalled by the lack of service Premier Nissan provides its customers. It's SO difficult to get through on a phone call to anyone. First I was lied to about what my APR would be (the Premier Nissan provides its customers. It's SO difficult to get through on a phone call to anyone. First I was lied to about what my APR would be (they needed me to open an account with Chase and it would be lowered .25%), and when I called back to get it figured out with the person in Finance who helped me, I was told she no longer worked there. The person I was speaking with told it was only about $250 over the life of the loan and said it wasn't that much all while laughing at me. $250 might not be a lot to him, but it's actually a great amount to me. He finally agreed to send me Nissan coupons for free oil changes/service. Guess what...never actually received them. I was also told they would be sending me touch-up paint. Also never received this. I ended up selling my truck because I moved across country and no longer needed it for my job. Since I only owned it for 3 months, I am due a significant refund on the extended warranty I purchased. I have been trying to contact them for about a month now, and no one is coming to pages to speak with me. I have left about 6-7 messages and no one has returned my calls either. I think it's pretty interesting that once they get your money, they no longer want to do what's right and give back what isn't theirs. They're a money-hungry company. Once they found out how much I was putting down on the vehicle, there was a "problem" with the first numbers they gave me and the amount had to change. They knew I needed a vehicle and I needed it fast, and they played with me. Maybe by posting this review, someone will actually respond and take care of the issue. Until then, I hope everyone who reads this will think twice about where they buy their vehicles and have service done. Go over to Dublin Nissan- at least they lied less than Premier Nissan. More

I always thought that car dealerships had an unpleasant atmosphere when i was younger. However, the sales person, Sohee, made the atmosphere feel nice and relaxed. She made the entire process flow smoothly. In the end, i drove happily away in a new 2014 black Nissan Altima (at a great price too!). I am definitely coming back here for future purchases. More
