We felt like we were being tricked and eventually we found a middle ground. I still have high ratings because Minh had nothing to do with it and he was great but we will not be going back to that dealership. :-) More

Leasing Nissan Leaf We went to Premier Nissan on March 30th, 2014 to lease a Leaf. The sale person, Robert was very knowledgeable and explained all the features during the the test drive. We decided to take a 3 years lease. the Sales manager KB was also very helpful and worked out a good deal for us. Right before picking up the car, I noticed I was getting a 2013 model instead of 2014. In order to correct the issue we had to redo the financing and we had to pickup the car the next day. We spend more than 7 hours at the dealership which was exhausting and I had to make plan adjustments for my wife's birthday. Overall, we were pleased with the deal. Robert worked hard to makeup for the mistake and he even offered a free dinner for two at my wife's favorite restaurant. We appreciated the offer, but didn't take it. I will right another review at the end of the lease term in 3 years and explain my experience for returning the lease. More
