Fraud practice by sales agent, finance department and manage Leased car at this location and contacted sales agent- thomas. Finance manager also never mentioned about extra fees and it was mentioned in small letters in document. Finance guy just mentioned about monthly payment for lease and downpayment. Nothing else. He highlighted only that part. And told me to sign on some other e-reader. While reading document, I came to know about fees . Now they are not solving issue of extra fees. Premire Nissan calles their customers LIARS!!!! In February, we came into Premier Nissan as we received a recall notice. We left our car there and came back after 5:00 PM. Doc Whitmore, our service rep asked me if I had changed the transmission fluid, and other questions. I told him I had, and kept the maintenance on our vehicle. He told me, my wife and daughter that there was a recall on our cars transmission and it would be replaced. He said because of the recall there was a back log of new transmissions, so there would be a 6 to 8 week wait. We went today. More recall notices. They kept our car two days and did nothing to it. we even had them do extra maintenance items that they did not do. So I went back and talked to Doc. He called me a liar to my face. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE PEOPLE TO YOU HAVE OVER THERE???? My name is Jose Aviles and I am just beginning..... Do Not Go Here, you will be treated like trash!!! What kind of business makes claims it cannot keep and then calls their customers liars???? More
