What is happening here?! Took my car in for recalls on Monday. Took it home later that day. Tuesday, engine starts acting funny. Wednesday morning, car stalls on the way to wo Took my car in for recalls on Monday. Took it home later that day. Tuesday, engine starts acting funny. Wednesday morning, car stalls on the way to work and is towed back to the dealership. Rep doesn't get back to me till Thursday and tells me transmission is broken. They keep the car for 7 days. I get a call next Wednesday afternoon and was told the car is fixed. My wife picks up the car and immediately drives back to the dealership shortly after because the engine was still acting funny and check engine light was on. More

Doc Whitmore, our service rep asked me if I had changed the transmission fluid, and other questions. I told him I had, and kept the maintenance on our vehicle. He told me, my wife and daughter that there was a recall on our cars transmission and it would be replaced. He said because of the recall there was a back log of new transmissions, so there would be a 6 to 8 week wait. We went today. More recall notices. They kept our car two days and did nothing to it. we even had them do extra maintenance items that they did not do. So I went back and talked to Doc. He called me a liar to my face. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE PEOPLE TO YOU HAVE OVER THERE???? My name is Jose Aviles and I am just beginning..... Do Not Go Here, you will be treated like trash!!! What kind of business makes claims it cannot keep and then calls their customers liars???? More
Excellent service I have two cars that I bring for service to Premier Nissan of SJ. Over 4 years there were a few small mishaps but nothing major. All service advisors I have two cars that I bring for service to Premier Nissan of SJ. Over 4 years there were a few small mishaps but nothing major. All service advisors are fairly nice people. I had particularly good experience with Jaime Ramirez. On multiple occasions he went beyond his standard responsibilities to help me out. Thank you very much! More

Worst Management! Creating troubles for me and damaging my i I went for a recall service and waited 3 hours. When my car was finally ready, they parked it in a illegal area right next to their service lane. They I went for a recall service and waited 3 hours. They caused me to run into an accident -- no dent nor scratch on either car, but the other driver insisted to file a claim against my insurance. The Nissan staff came, tricked me to say I caused the problem, said "now it is ALL your problem", and left! This is your parking lot, THANK YOU for creating troubles for me and damaging my insurance record! More
Won't be back here again! This experience was absolutely ridiculous. I suppose I shouldn't expect much from a dealership. My wife's Nissan Versa's door handle broke off at 50k miles. Things happen. We have insurance through our credit union to have it repaired. Called into the service department to make an appointment. They told me that I needed to check with the parts department to see if they have the part first and then get transferred back to them. Which is a odd level of service. It seemingly would make more sense for me to call in, they figure out if they have the part, and help me make an appointment. I ended up in parts. I described the part and then he told me there were 30 different options and I should drive down to see when they could get the part in. Dealerships aren't really my favorite place to visit, so I told him I had a VIN. When I read it to him, he told me I sounded like a train going downhill and to slow down. Weird. He offered to let me pay over the phone, but didn't know how to help me since I had insurance handling it. So he transferred me back to service. To which I actually ended up in the business department after a wait. Who I had to explain my issue to for the 3rd time. She then transferred me to a voicemail. Service -> Parts -> Service -> Business -> Jaime's Voicemail What a waste of time. Will NEVER be going there for anything. More

We're from out of town and our car was towed to this Nissan Service location. Paul was extremely helpful in all areas and throughout the entire process. The transmission took a week to be shipped and re Nissan Service location. Paul was extremely helpful in all areas and throughout the entire process. The transmission took a week to be shipped and replaced, but Paul helped by notifying the Company who I obtained an extended warranty with to be able to get authorization for 7-Day rental car with no reservation. He was extremely understanding, patient and kept us posted throughout the entire ordeal. He was cogniscent with the fact we lived five hours away and ensured that our car would be taken care of. Thank you for all your hard work and customer service!!!! More
