I was not satisfied with my experience with Secor as a whole. I have had more than one experience where the staff were rude. This last encounter took the cake for me. We were having problems with the wheel hubs, had already replaced two then needed a third. It was great this time because they replaced the fourth also. I had my Jeep Patriot for oil and filter change sand requested a synthetic oil 20W50 to the gentleman at the service counter. After the the service was complete and returning to my residents I reviewed requested a synthetic oil 20W50 to the gentleman at the service counter. After the the service was complete and returning to my residents I reviewed the statement and saw that a 5W20. I do not understand why my request went without any consideration. I will never return or any of my vehicles serviced at your facility. I understand that this may comply to the manufacture, however it is not in the best interest of the life of the vehicle only the the interest of the interst of being able to advertise MPG. I have had the oil and filter replaced to MY request. More
