We made an appointment for service for a recent recall on the cruise control on our Pacifica. We live about 40 minutes away, but driving into the auto-entry service bay, being then greeted by the attentive service managers, it could not have been easier, or more pleasant! My daughter and I waited in the immaculate waiting room, and true to time, were ready to be on our way. Additional note; We purchased our Pacifica last August, from Mark specifically, and had one of the best sales experiences ever. Headlight flicker Called for an appointment after noticing the passenger side front light had a flicker to it. I didn't know if it was loose housing or the whole assemb Called for an appointment after noticing the passenger side front light had a flicker to it. I didn't know if it was loose housing or the whole assembly needed to be tightened. I called to see how they were making out, when I was called back they found the bulb filament was on it's way out so they replaced it. $40 later I asked why it wasn't under warranty as it still had the factory bumper to bumpber still in effect. I was told bulbs were only covered for 12 months or 12 thousand miles. Didn't know this and couldn't find where it stated it. OH well it's fixed! Steve is awesome to work with usually always does his best to get you on the schedule. Jim More
