CAPOSIO Buick GMC is not only home to beautiful cars… But beautiful humans as well! I have been dreaming of a GMC Sierra 1500 for about five years… And finally, I was in a position to hopefully make my beautiful humans as well! I have been dreaming of a GMC Sierra 1500 for about five years… And finally, I was in a position to hopefully make my dream come true. I began researching dealerships and trucks within my local Community as well as within a 125 mile radius. I wanted the best deal, the most bang for my buck, and my truck to look exactly the way I had always dreamed. In the time that it took other dealerships to even find my online application or return one of my calls… Caposio picked up the phone, listened to everything that I needed in detail… Called me back multiple times… Sent pictures… Allowed me to do everything online or over the phone… crunched numbers… Gave me perks for better benefits… And not only delivered my truck to me but picked up my trade-in like I am sort of rockstar. My truck is more than I had imagined… And probably even more than I needed… But they made me feel like it was everything that I deserved. I live about an hour and a half from the dealership and my awesome salesman, Bobby, took all the time in the world to try and show me so many things about the truck that I didn’t know. He was patient, kind, understanding, funny, and just an overall fun person to spend some time with. His sales manager, Isabelle, was professional tentative and listened to every detail of my conversation and was also patient with my OCD ha ha ha, ha ha. Nevin was super cool and so is Mr. Salinas and if I have forgotten anybody, my apologies. I would never buy a car anywhere else nor would I ever recommend another dealership because this place is the whole package. I wasn’t just some meaningless person or another sale. At Caposio, I felt like I mattered and in today’s times that is pretty rare. Even if I didn’t want a Buick or GMC, I would get one just to experience buying a car with this dealership lol. More

I had an appointment at 1100. I noticed my truck hadn’t moved into the shop about 1.5 after checking in. I went to the woman at the front desk, she asked if I she could see my pap I noticed my truck hadn’t moved into the shop about 1.5 after checking in. I went to the woman at the front desk, she asked if I she could see my paperwork. I said no one gave me my paperwork. She said she would ask her advisor. I kept checking in with her and she said just kept telling me she was waiting to hear back from her advisor. So I went outside and a mechanic approached me asking if I needed help. I told him the situation. He said he’d look into it. Came back outside and said the mechanic assigned to my truck never got the paperwork and he then arranged for my truck to go in immediately. The oil change and tire rotation was complete in 30 min. I was there for about 3.5 hours for a scheduled tire rotation and oil change. More
