I always wait long time especially if they are keeping car waited for a rental there for like 5 hours once , then car had bald tires kept going low everyday took to all American they couldn’t do anything car waited for a rental there for like 5 hours once , then car had bald tires kept going low everyday took to all American they couldn’t do anything said needed tire that rental center in your establishment said I’d have to buy it . Not I took it back got another car it’ was a truck they called me 2 or 3 days later said they needed it back for someone else, had to drive all the way back to get another car and it was not a lot better . Car was there forever waiting for parts finally offered to buy car back after was brand new tranny went out then after fixed steering was all over road so yes I did the buyback bought a Buick not as well a deal drove it home gas was leaking out on driveway all night had a manufacture problem once again like 3 weeks more cruddy rental cars now it has problem stereo and after waiting over an hour they told me other Buicks having problem also can’t fix at this time Buick is trying to figure out what to do it freezes and looks like water running threw screen . Was told might be an update they come up with to fix it well for know it’s not cool when your map freezes and your lost so no not happy again will say I did love first car until they changed tranny then car was all over road after that I could tell more but I believe you are getting the point 1st one was trailblazer completly loaded More
