I contacted Car City by email around 10pm on a Friday, and had a response groom Tony around 8 a.m. the next morning. He worked eighth me to set up a time to come drive the vehicle and was easy to communicate with. When we arrived their lot was in a flurry of customers, but we were helped right away. We eventually test drove the vehicle with no questions asked. When we returned Tony listened to our concerns and was understanding. He was prompt and courteous and throughout the paperwork process very friendly and easy to talk to. He be things right concerning the issue we'd brought up and offered to provide any assistance and answer questions, providing me his personal cell phone number. The entire process was easy and pleasant and ai highly recommended both Tony and Car City as a whole. Often salesman can be condescending and make one feel inferior, but that was not the case here.
