Hello Sir, I am terribly sorry for the experience you had at Barry's during your parents last purchase. We did indeed have some issues with our managing staff back in 2007, and since then we have completely revised all of our rules and procedures and I can assure you that this will never happen again. I cannot excuse what happened in 2007 but I know that if you give Barry's another chance we will not dissapoint.
