I began with a phone call hoping to shave a little time off the in person visit that has always been a long and gruling day in other dealerships, Bianca took my call, was helpful.. informative.. and understanding. She gave my information over to Malice, who ultimately sold me my car!! We did a lot of work through a simple text thread on a Wednesday evening and in less than 24 hours after that I had a safe, new SUV in my driveway! They easily approved my loan, despite a far less than perfect credit rating.. they valued my trade and asked what down payment and monthly payments would work for ME! Then they got to work and called me back for a simple test drive and signature! Malice was wonderful. The entire staff was professional, and I loved that I was shown the service department so I'd be comfortable returning with the car. I was able to get a great vehicle that suited my budget and my familys needs, a great warranty.. and they even give you a couple free oil changes and lifetime car wash! It was actually a PLEASANT experience!!! I am SO glad I made that initial call and met Malice and the rest of the staff. They are second to none. And I was also able to meet with an insurance agent right there on the spot!!! The only word is IMPRESSIVE. There is no pressure.. no hassle.. and total professionalism. Barry earned my business for life. If you call or stop in, they will undoubtedly earn yours too. More

(Scott Pimentel Sales person) Per our sales agreement they were to repair the glass sliding roof and have 2 factory key fobs. After months of empty promises and wasted trips to Barry's service department. I contacted the owner directly. Lucas Barry. Approximately 6 mote months of smoke screen stories and avoiding phone calls still no resolution!! Key fob from Caddilac $300 plus tow. And can't open the sliding glass roof is unacceptable. If the owner doesn't show regard and respect to his customers why would his staff!! More
