We drove 4 hours to come to Car Pros Kia of Huntington Beach. Our initial experience with our salesman was good and pretty normal. The price was fair although not a lot of room for negotiation. We had a positive experience with Ali in financing who helped answer our questions and fill out all of the paper work. I was very disappointed though when we were getting ready to leave and found out that there was only one key. Our salesman never communicated that there were not two keys nor was that information listed anywhere! After acknowledging that they would not cover the cost because it was expensive, we were offered a discount to have a second key made. However, it is still costly and inconvenient. We are very disappointed that this information was not given at the beginning prior to the sale being made. More
