Leased a Kia forte LXS from Car Pros! I was having trouble finding a dealership willing to work within my budget until I called Car Pros, they were able to accommodate me. The leasing pro I was having trouble finding a dealership willing to work within my budget until I called Car Pros, they were able to accommodate me. The leasing process was easy, and they were able to help me get insurance so I could take the car home that day as most insurance companies make you wait 10-15 days if you don’t have an existing plan. However, the one complaint I had, was that the process of getting all the paperwork done was a little long and had to wait around for a little bit (I was there basically 4+ hours) and that the music in the lobby could be turned down just a smidge. Also, from the original call, to getting to the dealership, I never had the same person consistently work with me, so it would’ve been nice to have one salesman to be in contact with but everyone I spoke to was very nice and very accommodating and honored the original quote I was given after some haggling which is a given at a dealership. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and I was able to lease a new vehicle within my budget. Thanks Car Pros! More
Was told they had a Seltos XLine there so I drove an hour and was given the bait-n-switch when all they had was the more expensive SX. The salesliar swore to me the SX had the snow traction technology and would put the XLine rails on for me - both lies. They wouldn’t do anything to help me since it was a few hundred miles on it so sold it to CarMax 2weeks later for a $10k loss and bought another Subaru instead - what a miserable Kia experience. More
We had great service and was the best car buying experience we've had. The salesman, Ace Zin, was able to provide accurate Costco pricing, was very transparent in the extras that were added and ens experience we've had. The salesman, Ace Zin, was able to provide accurate Costco pricing, was very transparent in the extras that were added and ensured that I knew where my car was every step of the way. He was extremely helpful in setting the correct expectations and took care of us the whole way. Luis in financing was not pushy on adding extras and the sales manager that evening, Mauricio (?) was very helpful as well. Will definitely refer friends/family to this dealership! More
Test drive and discussion with the sales person was excellent. Availability of inventory was excellent allowing us to find the car we wanted. The lease options initially provided could have shown more excellent. Availability of inventory was excellent allowing us to find the car we wanted. The lease options initially provided could have shown more detail to help in the decision process. Never received the window sticker, which was a little disappointing. Overall, very satisfactory experience. More
Friendly, courteous and all around great service. I went in for an inspection and when my car was returned it felt like a brand new car. I went in for an inspection and when my car was returned it felt like a brand new car. More
DON'T BUY ANY CAR FROM CARPROS! ☹ CARPROS violated the Cal. Veh. Code § 4456.1(b) and Veh. Code § 5753(c)(1). CARPROS also Perjured themselves in Court. I lost out on a $3,500 C ☹ CARPROS violated the Cal. Veh. Code § 4456.1(b) and Veh. Code § 5753(c)(1). CARPROS also Perjured themselves in Court. I lost out on a $3,500 Clean Vehicle Rebate, because no one at CARPROS provided me with the simple Purchase Agreement after multiple requests in writing, and over the phone. I paid a premium for the car, then after I made an agreement, I received responses from other dealerships that offered to sell me the exact vehicle for over $2,000 less than what I paid, but I honored my verbal agreement. I spoke with an attorney who highly recommended that I pursue CARPROS in Small Claims Court to recover my $3,500.00 loss, and that I file a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and the DMV, which I did. On 12/9/22 the CVRP reserved a $3,500.00 rebate for me, but then because no one from CARPROS provided me with the Purchase Agreement (I was calling and emailing the dealership every day), on 12-23-22 I was denied the rebate, and cannot reapply.
