I emailed them asking for a quote for the EV6 on August 9th. Asked me the basic questions and if I had AAA so he could send the quote. Their response to their mistake is "fat fingers". They then send me follow up emails asking to do business when there's no longer any EV6 on the lot. More

We got 2022 new car from them and paid in full in cash for it. we were told that we would be receiving the Lic plates in few weeks. Two months later now plates. When we called them back to inquire they sh for it. we were told that we would be receiving the Lic plates in few weeks. Two months later now plates. When we called them back to inquire they show so little interest in helping especially we learn that we already bought the car. after so many calls to the sales person who sold us the car, he finally informed us the their finance department failed to submit the paper work to the DMV but promised to have it done right away and we should get the plates soon. a week later we called the DMV to find out that no paper work was submitted by the dealer. We called the sales person again then he informed us that there is nothing he can do and we need to take it up with his headsquares. So basically they do not care about you after making the sale. we called the main office to be told that the dealer did not send the paper work to them..... and there we go again... we still have no plates and answers from the deal that sold us the car. We are planning on filing a official complaint and perusing legal action. More
