I went in on 12/29 to buy a telluride. I found the car damaged right before I drove off lot. I left the car and told them to call me when the damaged is fixed. Milton the manager and sam or sanjeev trie damaged right before I drove off lot. I left the car and told them to call me when the damaged is fixed. Milton the manager and sam or sanjeev tried to get me to take it home because it will take several days to fix it. In the end I left the car and next day I called to find out what was being done on the car. I had to speak to 3 people and by then I was feeling like I got scammed. So I told the them I wanted to cancel the contract since I never drove it out of the lot. They told me to come to the dealership to sign the cancellation. I did and asked for the deposit back. They said no because they dont handle accounting at the dealership and wrote me a "due bill" for 10k deposit to be mailed back. It's been 5 days and I'm still waiting. I spoke to a lawyer I know from before and he said I should give them 1 more week before proceeding any further. What bothers me most is that when I found the damage before I drove it off the lot, they were searching around with their flashlights acting like i damaged it and the guy who washed the car acted surprised saying it was fine when he washed the car. But when i went their the next day to cancel the contract, the manager there told me he only found that out 2 nights before I went to buy it. So the guys should have known and even if they weren't told about it then the car wash guy should have definitely known and yet he acted all surprised. This makes me feel like they do this on regular basis. Be aware people. Don't believe anything they tell you upfront. Take everything they say with grain of salt. More

They were very disappointing to deal with. They lied on at least three occasions. Don't trust them. I'll never go back or refer them to anyone. They told me I had options that I don't have.
