This is the worse place to buy a car all of their cars are worthless and once u give them your money they attitude change. They have sold me a 2011 Chevy traverse that had transmission problem they claime are worthless and once u give them your money they attitude change. They have sold me a 2011 Chevy traverse that had transmission problem they claimed they took it to transmission shop to get it fixed and took me where it was supposed to get done for the people to say in my face that they never worked on the car. So they gave me another car the same kind just a different color that also had the same problem so when I requested my money back they had the nerve to try charge me a restock fee and when I told them I’m not paying that they threatened to take to me court. These people are scam artist at its finest! I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from them. Don’t even bother with headache they actual need to be closed down nothing but a bunch of xxxx crooks and for the price they sell them cars they need to get their roof fixed cause when it rain it leaks in the dealership. I’m a man on disability.. disability... I have breathing problems, I need sound transportation to and from doctors until I die.. this was my dream truck.. now I’m outta pocket, no help from them I don’t have the funds to get my meds so I can breathe let alone have a trustworthy vehicle... this is all a night mare.. but hey.. they got their money.. it’s bad the public for trusting them... I was looking to buy a bigger vehicle. I used hemy son's laptop and found the carspot. When I applied on line they invited me to see test drive and sold me a Ford expedition. When I spoke to Sam he said they will send a tow truck and have the truck repaired. Issues were blown catalysts, window molding damage, lift gate issues. Once car was towed they refused to return it because the loan secured was done under my son's name unbeknownst to us. Needless to say when I was there they seem my driver's license, my paystubs and gave me docs to sign. Not one doc had any social security number on it and by name alone can not work due to my son being a junior. Once explain that there was no fraud just a mistaken identity and they failed to verify social now Eli is trying to charge me for the towing of the vehicle Sam arranged to have towed to fix repairs (I have text to prove it) some bumper damage that never took place while the vehicle was in my possession for those 5 days. And will not return my down payment. They mischievously took the car back, promised a service and kept my $1000 . More
