I put down 5K with the promise my purchase would come with a warranty. I was like “yes”! Mo gave me a print out of what the warranty would cover, I’m telling you this warranty was bumper to bumper!!! Fast forward to December 2024 I tried to submit a claim (because my car keep racing up and down). The warranty company said they DID NOT pay their bill. I contacted Mo ( I have ALL the messages) informed him, he assured me it’s a mistake and try back in 2 weeks and he asked me to send him more of my paycheck stubs….huh???? Keep in mind I’ve had my car for 6 months and he still asking for paychecks stubs. Ok back to the scam.. 2 weeks go by, he stop answering. , a month go by, he said the assistant will reach out, no reach out to this day. I put 5k down and they charged me 2800 for a warranty that they DID NOT HAVE IN GOOD STANDING. Now the are ignoring me calls forcing me to file a claim with DMV. See Mo think just because the location where I brought me car is closed he can get away with this but what he fails to remember is he asked me to sign a document saying I purchased in a different location then what I actually did. I did not want to put them on blast but I can NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH STEALING FROM MY FAMILY. Who else did they do this too. Just refund my 5k and I’ll be done with this. Purchased 2016 Porsche Cayenne 6/13 from Moe. I've had my vehicle for a little over a month now. Purchasing vehicle was easy. Initially the Porsche I wanted had issues, Moe was transparent and I've had my vehicle for a little over a month now. Purchasing vehicle was easy. Initially the Porsche I wanted had issues, Moe was transparent and upfront about it. I only wanted to purchase a Porsche (no other make). Mo was able to find me another Porsche> get me approved me for a newer model Porsche, Cayenne. Car rides great! I also purchased warranty for 2 years or up to 24,000 miles. Awesome! I received my hard tags before 30 day tags expired. Super siked! Mo communicated every step of the way, with updates and follow ups. I appreciate his tranparency! My only take away is car needed oil change (oil change indicator is on), dealership charges $600.00. Also none of my tires have sensors as well as I did not receive key for my rims. It would be nice to know if Carstop could help being I paid over 20K for this vehicle and put $5K down. This is only reason I did not give 5 star More

This is by far one of the worst car, lots I’ve ever been to in terms of experience, professionalism, and quality. This is a family owned business. The sales representative whom is too young to provide any h to in terms of experience, professionalism, and quality. This is a family owned business. The sales representative whom is too young to provide any helpful information takes phone calls and in-knowledgeable of finances and credit terms, but yet she pre approves me and guarantees me that I can purchase a 2015 bmw 428 despite my credit. I informed her that I can put 4000 down because of I my poor Credit history. I travel from Norfolk to Richmond only to have to re apply again because the sales rep on the phone was inexperienced and Never processed my application thoroughly. Even though she guarantees me the car before I even get there. This is not even the worst part. The final salesman (Mo) wants $2000 down from me as down payment to swindle the bank into getting me a lower interest rate. By then, I’m already skeptical on how they handle business but these people are persistent and very persuasive. They’ll do anything to win you over. I agree to give him the 2000 as a down payment. He says he needs a day to work on the offer the next day he gives me an update and the offer was not to my liking so he was obligated to refund me my $2000 that day. But these people are either crooks or unprofessional, because they never refunded my money. I had to dispute the transaction with between them and my bank. I’m still in the process of getting my refund because my dispute claim has been closed because they say I haven’t provided the necessary documentation. Nevertheless they still haven’t paid me, they promised to cash app me , i’ve even asked for receipts of the refund transaction. They have not emailed anything.. I have been calling them every other day every other hour to resolve this matter even threatened to take them to court More

Very shady and disrespectful people that will lie and make false promises just to get your money. I had my vehicle for 2 days before it broke down and here it is almost 3 months later and it still isn’t make false promises just to get your money. If I could give this business zero stars I would. I've been given 2 sets paper tags while the company pretended to begin the process of having my vehicle properly registered in North Carolina. When finally given Virginia metal plates, I questioned why I wasn't given a title to the vehicle and plates for North Carolina (my state of residence) as promised. This is customary for other dealerships I've bought vehicles from. After 2 months of the run around, I was told that this is how they do business; to register the vehicle in Virginia and I have to re-register it in my home state. Furthermore, the Tag/Title representative in Richmond [Yes, I had to drive to Richmond, VA myself to pick up the tags] told me if their business practices weren't acceptable I should have bought my vehicle in North Carolina. Buyers beware!!!!! Once they receive your money, this company is not friendly, uncooperative and will out right lie to your face. All aspects of this company are trash. There sales representatives are rude [except George], the owner lied to me multiple times about my tags, and eventually stopped returning my phone calls. Had I not provided a surprise visit, I still would not have tags. Bottom line.....go somewhere, ANYWHERE else!!!!! More

The worst experience i 've ever dealt with. It took 2 1/2/ months to get the title to me. The suv delivered to me with no 30-day tag. Buyers beware. The general manager, MURTAZA MIRZA, helped us personally. We decided to buy the car with CASH. So, IF you choose to FINANCE with them, make sure they ASK you if you want a Service Contract. It is EXPENSIVE and I have read that it is not very good. Buyer Beware. Otherwise, as I stated, the entire car buying experience was wonderful! More
