What a wonderful, classy experience! I’d been searching online for a specific car when I ran across Carvault. We stopped in the following day, and we were paired with Hash. He was super attentive, kind and made us feel very welcome!! This guy KNOWS customer service. Hash brought great humor and ease to what can sometimes be a stressful situation and was helpful in getting us on our way. Car shopping/buying is not my idea of fun (lol)! We highly recommend Carvault. Our entire experience was world-class!! We were there about 3-hrs, start to finish - WIN!! I love my new hard-to-find white on light-interior Mercedes S550 and look forward to working with this wonderful team again! More

Honestly I never leave reviews but I have never dealt with a company thats extremely unprofessional likes this one. Trust me if you are out of state DO NOT PURCHASE from here. I bought my car mid July and have yet to receive my plate or title. I contacted both SOS in MD and MI and both say they have no record of title. Every time I call I get the run around and say I will get a call back….. I have yet to get a call back. More
