Hello Kathleen we are sorry you are not satisfied with your 2006 Saturn. At the time of sale it had 77,000 miles. After about 15,000 miles you had to have the brake pads changed just like any other car routine vehicle maintenance needs to be preformed which you did not seem to understand after explaining brake pads do indeed wear out. Pretty soon the battery would not hold a charge after 4 months of purchase and we replaced the battery free at no charge to you even though it was not a covered item. Even though we certify our vehicles, used cars sometimes have issues which is why we include 6 month service plans at no cost. At about 6 months the transmission failed unfortunately due to a faulty tcm computer also causing electrical glitches. Our repair shop did not rebuild transmissions so it was advised you go to a transmission shop of your choice and use your service plan to pay for the repairs. The customer went to their own transmission shop of their own choice. The transmission shop could not find out the issue after rebuilding the transmission the car still had electrical problems and would not shift correctly. You tried to trade in the car but had too much negative equity and which you did not understand which is why you needed some money down. We then proceeded to look at the vehicle after the transmission shop repaired the transmission. We found the tcm to be bad and again replaced it at no cost to you. You did not have a coolant sensor issue as the tcm was causing electrical glitches. A week later the customer called to thank us for finding the issue and told us the locks did not work. We looked at the keypad and found the battery in the key fob was dead. Replaced the battery and all was good again. The fact you took the bus was your choice as you had rental car allowance on your policy, i don't know why you took the bus when i told you that you are eligible for a rental car at no cost to you. Please do not write falsifying information online. Everything was repaired at no cost to you other than replacement brake pads, the transmission was also not repaired by us. If you are unhappy with their service please tell them not us. We are sorry you are less than satisfied by our vehicle any further comments or questions can be directed to our phone.
