Great at selling and buying vehicles. Not so great after the transaction is over a you have an issue that needs resolution. On the negative, this dealership only has one entrance and with construction obstructing the service road, it made it difficult to get there plus getting back again after test driving. I also felt rushed and with construction obstructing the service road, it made it difficult to get there plus getting back again after test driving. I also felt rushed through the process, later found out that the computer had me listed for an express delivery or similar terminology. And I would have liked to have looked around on the lot for another vehicle to compare to, but again, their computer had me listed to basically pick up the car immediately after the test drive. But, on the PLUS side, the staff was nice and helpful, dealership was clean, car was 80% detailed, but good enough for my daily driver needs, information was passed along about the car decently, they missed a few things about the car I later found out on my own, but again, it's a used car and still running almost 2 months later, (knock on wood)... Overall, I still give 5 stars to the dealership and its staff. Thanks North Austin CarMax. More
