We live 205 miles away from this dealership. The information on the vehicle stated had a trailer hitch trailer hitch. It did not show on the picture I talked to JUSTIN YOUNG and he personally went out and verified that there was a cover over the trailer hitch. We purchased the vehicle on a Saturday, and drove it home. Being elderly, we did not know that the vehicle was "making noise" Our Son told us to call Carmax and asked under the 100% parts and labor warranty, if we could take it to our local Lincoln dealer . It was the cam phasers that were bad! The repair bill was $5,000! The vehicle was finished on Tuesday, and Carmax paid the bill the same day. AND THEY GAVE US A RENTAL CAR FOR 30 DAYS TO BOOT! More

Salesman Todd was awesome. But we were there to just sell my truck. I had been in earlier to have it appraised and I naively thought this would make things faster.
