Everything about the buying experience on the CarMax side was great. My only issue was not even related to them and it had to do with my bank releasing my funds for a down payment. Overall experience was good. The representative who assisted me was helpful and tried to help me as best as possible with the issues and limitations that were presented. The only issue I have is the communication from phone representative who booked my appointment and the amount of information that was provided to me while making appointment and the correct information to better prepare myself for my appointment. Also the issue with insurance and being able to get a rental or transfer your insurance as well as trying to get a rental and there not being one available to rent. It is very inconvenient and puts customers in tight situations especially not being able to have a vehicle when dropping there's off for service More
